Introduction and General Terms

wiinbd is an online entertainment gaming and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document ("Terms") forms a legal agreement between wiinbd and the platform user ("Member" or "you").

2.2 Account Security

Keep your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

wiinbd may at any time request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can be used to deposit funds into wiinbd. The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). You may only use a payment method registered in your own name.

• Deposited funds will be credited to the account after successful processing.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• wiinbd reserves the right to hold verification in cases of suspicious transactions.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). After a request is successfully submitted, payment is generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — the same-method policy applies.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirement on a bonus balance has not been met.
• wiinbd may carry out additional verification if unusual activity is suspected.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times). This means that to withdraw bonus funds, you must complete betting equal to 25 times the bonus amount. The games eligible for meeting the wagering requirement will be listed on the promotions page.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gaming.
• The terms of a previous bonus must be fulfilled before a new bonus can be received.
• wiinbd reserves the right to change, cancel, or suspend any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

4.3 VIP Program

wiinbd offers four VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, and Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%. Playing more allows you to advance to higher tiers. Cashback is automatically credited to your account each week.

4.4 Other Promotions

Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Results

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

• Creating multiple accounts.

Where an account is closed for justifiable reasons, any remaining real funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned subject to verification. In cases of fraud or prohibited activity, all funds may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account yourself at any time. To do so, contact our support team via live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
